Sky est l'un des pilotes de courses clandestines de voitures et de moto les plus adulés de Hong Kong. A la suite d'un pari, il brise le genou d'un de ses concurrents malheureux. Lorsque le frère de celui-ci, Tang, un pilote hors pair, sort de prison, il est déterminé à se venger et décide donc de défier Sky. Entre les deux champions, la course s'annonce impitoyable.
